Shipping/Delivery Charged

£3.29 Royal Mail - UK Mainland only up to 2kg

£6.49 Royal Mail - UK Mainland only up to 10kg

£7.33 Royal Mail - UK Mainland only up to 23kg

Shipping/Delivery for Europe are based on location, details and prices are shown when order is placed.

International Orders

Please note that after UK leaves Europe (1st Jan 2021) there may be additional import duties and taxes to pay when you receive your parcel.

All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not alter or otherwise affect your statutory rights.

Availability and pricing of goods

If goods are unavailable for immediate delivery and if we do not expect to be able to send them to you within 7 working days of your order, we will contact you to arrange another time for delivery or to offer you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Packing and delivery charges

We ship to the UK, All Goods are photo recorded to ensure a correct packing process, Any Damages must be reported within 24 hours and photographic evidence emailed to us on the same day.
Where a charge is payable for packing and delivery, this is shown on the final secure order page. The charge will be added to the amount debited to your card account.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-sent items due to customer non-collection. We will not refund uncollected fresh vegetables or returned products that have perished

How to order

Clicking an ADD button places the quantity of units shown alongside the button on your order. After clicking the checkout button and checking your order, you will be transferred to a secure server where all personal information and transactions remain confidential.
Before you submit your personal and payment information, you will be shown a review of your order and all prices. We accept online payment is by Mastercard, Visa or Switch. We take careful precautions to prevent credit card fraud and will reserve the right to refuse orders where we consider or suspect that the transaction may be fraudulent or when authorization is refused by the credit/debit card processing company.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your order and, immediately after authorization of your payment, we will e-mail you to confirm that we have accepted the order and have entered into a contract with you. This e-mail will include the contact details we have for you, your order number, the total price and details of your cancellation rights.

Privacy

All personal information that you provide to us is processed through a secure server and removed from the server immediately after the order is processed. We will not share or supply any of your personal information with or to any third party. Security

Until you transfer to our secure server to confirm your order details, all operating procedure, for example using ADD buttons, viewing your shopping basket etc., is processed on your own computer through java scripting. We do not use cookies and have no way of knowing which pages you or any other individual visitors have viewed. Information about you and the products you select is collected only after you have transferred to the secure server and only if you choose to complete the purchase by clicking the 'submit order' button.
Your security is protected by secure socket layer (SSL). This means that the data you transfer is encrypted and cannot be seen by others as it is transferred to the secure server. This protocol has been approved by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) as a standard.
The information that we collect includes only those details required to process your order. These are the product/s you have chosen to buy, your name, address, telephone number (fax number if you choose to supply it) and payment card details. The information is stored on a secure server, is password protected, and is viewed through SSL by our mail order staff n order to collect the payment information. Once read, the order and your payment card information is deleted. The contents of our site are protected by password and cannot be interfered with.

Customer Services and complaints

You can write to us at the address shown above or telephone 01462 486 491 between 9.00 am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. You will pay your telephone provider's standard charges for this call, taking into account the time and place from which you make your call.
If you complain to us in writing, we promise to reply promptly (always within 5 days) and to advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and to keep you informed while we resolve the complaint. In most cases, we would expect to resolve the complaint within 5 days of receiving it.
We take careful note of our customers' comments and respond positively, so complaints are rare. If we do receive a complaint from you, we will correspond with you to make sure that we are providing a satisfactory solution. Where it is appropriate and possible, we will change our operating methods to prevent a repetition of the cause for complaint.

Order cancellation information

If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost. If the goods are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost of the refund.
Please note we will not accept perished goods as a cancellation, All Orders are photo recorded before delivery to ensure a correct packing process.

How we use personal information for marketing e-mails
Occasionally, we may provide you with e-mail information about promotions or new products that could be useful to you. If you wish to decline such information, please tell us in the special instructions box, when you place your order. We will not give, sell or share your personal information with any other company or organization.

Ordering and payment

By ordering from this website, or directly by phone, fax or post, you are offering to enter into an agreement to purchase from us and promising that payment will be made to us by the bank or another administrator of your payment card and that we may request authorisation for payment to us by the bank or another administrator.

In the event that payment is revoked after despatch and or delivery of the goods, we will take the necessary steps to recover payment from you.

For your security, We do not store card or banking information. Online payments are Processed by Stripe.

Correspondence

Occasionally, we may provide you with e-mail or postal information about promotions or new products that could be useful to you. We will not pass your personal information to any other company. If you wish to decline this free information service, please indicate this in the special instructions box of the secure order form.

Prices published on this website are correct at time of uploading but may change. Every effort is made to ensure that prices published remain correct, but if you order an item which has been increased in price or if the description has changed, we will inform you before contracting to supply the goods.
